2. Items may only be reserved if the item is restockable. For non-restockable items, priority will be given to buyers which are able to make payment first.

Statements like "pls reserve for me" will not be entertained.
3. Reservation period will only last for 48 hours. Payment must be made within 48 hours or else reservation will be automatically canceled without further notice.
4. All orders are confirmed once order form are submitted. Backout customers and over demanding customers will be blacklisted.
5. All sales are final and no refunds/exchange.
